Phoebe just got to sleep after waking at 4:30 and taking a 5 minutes nap today...we're exhausted. (It's about 9pm in China right now.) She's doing incredibly well. We're amazed at how easily she seems to understand us and at her energy level. She is a happy girl most of the time...but once it gets dark, it gets really hard. She fights sleep and last night she slept in a restless fit...it's heart breaking. She plays hard all day and we're thankful for all of her giggles. She has been well loved and it is quite obvious. Thanking our mighty God for all that have taken the opportunity to love on her until we could get her!
Today we went to the Inner Mongolia Museum right after going to the government office to get Phoebe's passport paperwork completed and get her photo taken. (It is absolutely adorable!!!) We say goodbye to Hohhot in the morning for Guangzhou and our guide, Aggie, will have our girl's passport for us!!! Carsen and Gracie wanted to eat Papa John's again tonight so that they could hang out with their new friends. The were all sad to have to say goodbye.
Please pray for our flight tomorrow!!! That there won't be any issues with Phoebe's passport and that she will be comforted by one of us if the flight is scary for her. Since we know that she's got a great set of lungs and she's not afraid to use them!
